1- You have not received the key more than ~ 45 minutes in case both your payment status and also order status have been changed to “completed/confirmed” status.

2- Your order is still at ” Processing ” ( more than 30 minutes ) or ” On Hold ” status. ( if there is no ” Order Delivery Delay ” notice )

3- Your order is still on ” Pending Payment ” status or have been changed to ” Canceled ” status ( more than 15 minutes after confimed payment ).

4- You face key activation issue. ( Please first check product page info especially the region, activation notices, etc. )
